1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AMnova's website, platform, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
AMnova provides AI-based autonomous agents for commerce operations. Our platform connects to your e-commerce store, advertising accounts, and other third-party platforms to perform automated operations including but not limited to pricing optimization, inventory management, ad performance management, and customer support.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
4. Autonomous Decision Making
You acknowledge that AI-driven decisions (pricing, inventory, ads) are based on data and algorithms. While the system operates within your set guardrails, ultimate market outcomes and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) may vary. You retain the ability to review, override, or disable AI agent actions at any time.
5. Third-Party Platform Access
By connecting your Shopify store, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other platforms to AMnova, you grant us permission to access and perform authorized actions on your behalf. You agree to adhere to all terms of service of these third-party platforms. AMnova is not responsible for account suspensions resulting from violations of third-party platform policies.
6. Fees and Payment
Certain features of the Services require payment. Fees are described on the Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on the AMnova platform are owned by AMnova Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
9. Data Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMnova Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from AI-automated actions.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kerala, India.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform announcement at least 30 days before they take effect.
