1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with AMnova within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund. Contact us at support@amnova.ai with your account details and we will process your refund within 5 business days.

2. After 30 Days

After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel mid-cycle, your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the guarantee period.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The credit may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

5. Free Trial

If you cancel during your free trial, no charge will be applied. If you were charged by mistake during a trial period, contact us immediately for a full refund.
