AMnova provides AI-based autonomous agents for commerce. By using our service, you grant our agents permission to access your Shopify store, Google Ads, and Meta Ads accounts to perform authorized actions.

2. Autonomous Decision Making

You acknowledge that AI-driven decisions (pricing, inventory, ads) are based on data and algorithms. While the system operates within your set guardrails, ultimate market outcomes and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) may vary.

3. Limitation of Liability

AMnova Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss of revenue resulting from AI-automated ad spend or pricing adjustments on your connected platforms.

4. External Platforms

You agree to adhere to all terms of service of Google and Meta. AMnova is not responsible for ad account suspensions that result from violations of these platform's respective policies.
