The Short Version

1. Data Collection

Merchant Data: Store URL, sales insights, inventory levels, and customer segmentation which is fetched via Shopify/WooCommerce APIs.

Ads Data: We access your Google and Meta Ads accounts to perform automated bidding and campaign management.

2. Data Deletion Instructions

You can request your data to be deleted at any time. To request deletion, please email privacy@amnova.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will purge your data including your linked account tokens within 30 days.

3. Third-Party Integrations

By connecting Meta or Google Ads, you are also bound by their respective Privacy Policies. We only utilize your credentials to automate ad performance on your behalf.
